Warranty for KRUPS NESCAFE Dolce Gusto machines


Terms & Conditions:


  1. Customer needs to register the product warranty within 14 days from date of purchase.
  2. The warranty will only be considered valid, when customer received an email confirmation from us.
  3. In the event the proof of purchase is suspected to be invalid or has been tampered with, product warranty will be null & void.
  4. Warranty Period: Inclusive of Parts and labour from the date of purchase. For a specific period and as per stipulated.
  5. The Warranty is not transferable.
  6. The warranty will not apply, should the product become defective due to the following:
    1. Accidents, misuse or abuse
    2. Use of wrong power supply / voltage
    3. Natural disasters, e.g. lighting, flood, earthquake, fire, etc
    4. Normal wear and tear
  7. The warranty becomes null & void if at any time during the warranty period, any part of the machine has been dismantled, parts changed or repaired by any other person other than an authorized technician of the company
  8. We reserve the right to repair / replace defective machine partly or wholly.
  9. The receipt & confirmation email from Visionary Solutions must be presented when making any claims.
  10. Customer is responsible for the transportation cost to & from our Customer Care Centre or appointed Agent. Before the release / return of repaired product / machine, transport which may include courier cost, must be settled 1st. The exception will be customer pick up the product from our Centre or appointed Agent.


Product Warranty – Duration:


  • Nescafe Dolce Gusto Genio S Touch: 2 Years
  • Nescafe Dolce Gusto Genio S Plus: 2 Years
  • Nescafe Dolce Gusto Genio 2: 2 Years
  • Nescafe Dolce Gusto Piccolo XS: 2 Years
